All Ground Haven™ products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty stitching

• Malfunctioning grounding components

• Silver fiber conductivity issues due to manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

• Wear and tear from regular use

• Damage from improper washing or care

• Stains, discoloration, or misuse

• Third-party modifications or cords not provided by Ground Haven™

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, contact support@groundhaven.net with:

• Your order number

• Photos or video of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will send a replacement or alternative solution after reviewing the claim.
